If you’re not familiar with the story so far, start here, at the beginning of the series. In Chapter 5, Kitaanu’s instructor catches him exploring on his own and orders him to enter a mysterious vehicle. Read on to find out what happens next.

Meanwhile, the human kids had finished with lunch. Thankfully, the happy lotion had been put back into their bags. Had it been open and liberally squeezed out on the hands, like before, it would have been difficult to control Kitaanu and his jumpy self. As instructed, he was flying slowly. He couldn’t help but glance at the human kids and listen to their teacher intently.

They were learning some ‘magic words’. Chants of ‘please,’ ‘thank you’ and ‘sorry’ were in the air. The after-effects of the happy lotion seemed to have made Kitaanu strong… strong enough to try and mumble a ‘sorry sir’. The instructor glared at Kitaanu ferociously. “Don’t you forget your motto,” he hissed. “You are a moskid, not a human baby. What was the slogan taught to you today? The three words everybody in Annukulpuram live for? Say it now.”

Kitaanu’s mind went blank.

Blank.

He hadn’t been paying any attention in the classroom that morning, and regretted it now. Even Rogaanu wasn’t around to drop hints.

“Sir… sir… it was… I think it was…” he fumbled, but try as he might, he was unable to recall it.

What was the slogan that had been taught to Kitaanu earlier that day? Find out in chapter 7!
