The San Diego Comic-Con is a convention of comic makers and comic lovers from all over the USA and other countries. It’s one of the biggest comics conventions, and this year Tinkle and Amar Chitra Katha participated in it! We went all the way to San Diego, USA, to meet other comic book creators and fans from 19th to 23rd July, 2023. We had a beautiful stall displaying all our books and merchandise.

It was a momentous occasion as this was probably the first time an Indian comics publisher had been represented at the San Diego Comic-Con. Our very own Savio Mascarenhas had a fabulous experience there with Preeti Vyas (our CEO), Damini Batham and Deepesh Kothari. Shambu and Suppandi had their own kiosks and were found dancing away. Their cool moves encouraged visitors to dance along! Both Tinkle and Amar Chitra Katha received a lot of love from other comics creators and fans. We hope to go back next year!
