Tini loved eating sweets! Her mother instructed her every day to brush her teeth before bed.

The germs decided to divide and conquer. Some germs attacked her front teeth, and some her back teeth. Over the days, these germs made holes in her teeth to eat all the delicious sweets stuck inside. And every time Tini forgot to brush, the germs converted the chocolate into harsh chemicals that formed cavities in her teeth!

Tini was terrified of the dentist! She didn’t want to sit in the big chair and let the dentist drill into her teeth. But she had no choice. She was in a lot of pain.

Tini didn’t think the dentist would be able to help her much. After all, those pesky germs were hiding everywhere in her mouth.

The dentist cleaned up Tini’s teeth and called her for a follow-up appointment so she could clean up the cavity and seal the hole. That way, Tini’s teeth would be free of these harmful germs! Tini was so scared that she promised her dentist that she’d never eat another chocolate again.

But guess what? Tini was allowed to eat chocolates! She just had to make sure that she’d brush her teeth twice a day. Brushing with an angular toothbrush and flossing would keep the germs away and protect her teeth from more cavities.

A few days later, some new germs were having a party in Tini’s teeth.

So, you see, you can enjoy your favourite treats and protect your teeth if only you remember to brush your teeth, floss regularly and use a good mouthwash. And be sure to visit your dentist regularly to make sure your teeth are nice and strong!
