*Prepare under adult supervision*

Ingredients:

Frozen fruits (strawberries, mango, pineapple, cherries, or banana): ½ cup
Yoghurt (plain or vanilla flavour, regular or Greek, preferably whole milk): 1 ½ cups
Honey (only if you are using plain yoghurt): 1 tbsp

Appliances:

Refrigerator
Blender (optional)
Silicone moulds (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend it at a low speed until it gets a partially smooth texture. Alternatively, you could place all the ingredients in a bowl and mash them using a fork.
Note: To enjoy the delicious chunks of fruit in your dessert, don’t blend the mixture completely.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl or, if you desire to give it interesting shapes, into silicone moulds.
  3. Freeze it for 3 to 5 hours until the mixture turns solid. Now enjoy the delicious bites while reading your favourite comic book.
