Rolled oats: 1 cup
Shredded coconut: ½ cup
Peanut butter: ½ cup
Flaxseed: ½ cup
Chocolate chips: ½ cup
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Food processor (optional)
- Put all the ingredients into the food processor and blend to a thick consistency. Alternatively, you can put them in a bowl and mix them thoroughly with your hand.
- Using your hands, make small round balls (approximately 2.5 cm) from the mixture.
- Place them all in an airtight container and refrigerate. Take it out of the refrigerator five minutes before you wish to consume so that it cools down to room temperature. Enjoy!
