Banana Oatmeal

**Adult Supervision Required**


Rolled oats: 1 cup 

Fat-free milk: 2 cups

Banana: 1 large

Honey: 1 tsp 

Brown sugar: 2 tsp (optional) 


  1. Cut the banana in slices. 
  2. Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan. 
  3. Put the oats in the saucepan and continue heating for a few more minutes until the mixture thickens. Keep stirring occasionally. 
  4. Add the remaining ingredients in the saucepan and mix well and serve it hot!
