Celebrity photographer V. Chitra looked at the three photographs shortlisted for the Take a Shot photo contest. As the final judge, she was expected to pick the winner. But her conscience simply wouldn’t allow it.

“I didn’t know you allowed AI-generated images to be entered in the competition,” she remarked to Anjay, one of the organizers.

“We didn’t,” he said. “No AI allowed.”

“Well, one of these photos is definitely created by AI. Take a look.”

“You’re right, Chitra,” said Anjay after considering each picture. “That participant will be disqualied.”

“Pick another nalist,” Chitra said. “I’m surprised you didn’t spot this earlier.”
