Detailed Terms and Conditions (‘T&C’) of the #DeshkeMillets Contest  

• These terms and conditions shall apply to the contest viz. #DeshkeMillets Contest” (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) jointly conducted by the “Organizers” being Tata Consumer Soulfull Private Limited (“Tata Soulfull”) and Tinkle Comics (‘Tinkle’) which shall remain open for participation between October 1, 2023 to October 30, 2023 (till 11.59 p.m.) (‘Contest Period’). Any entry made after the Contest Period shall not qualify for participation.  
• All information, including Personal Information (defined below), shared for participation in the Contest shall be available with both Tata Soulfull and Tinkle, i.e., the Organizers and shall be processed by them solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest. 

• Personal data shall mean and include:

1. For Minors: the name, age, residential address, contact number of such minors wherein such information shall be duly verified and consented to be submitted for the purposes of the Contest by the said minor’s parent and/ or legal guardian; and 
2. For Parent and/or Legal Guardian: the name, age, residential address, contact number, email address for such persons wherein such information has either been provided by the Parent and/or Legal Guardian of the Minor or by the minor themselves. 

• Only one entry is allowed per participant, who must be a citizen and resident of India (‘Participant/s’).  

• For Participant/s who are  minors, the express consent of a parent or legal guardian is compulsory to enter and qualify for the Contest and also to claim the Prize (defined below). Any Personal data  being provided by such Participant being a minor to participate in the Contest or claim the Prize, shall be with express consent of the parent or legal guardian of the minor Participant.  

• Participation in this Contest is voluntary and submission of any information including Personal data of a minor Participant by a parent or legal guardian or by a minor Participant with the consent of his/her parents or legal guardian will be deemed as the Participant’s acceptance of the terms and conditions.  

• The Contest is valid throughout the territory of India, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

• The Organizers shall declare three (03) winners of the Contest chosen at random from the correct entries using a randomizing software used to determine Winners. 

• The winners shall be announced on the Instagram social media handles of the Organisers  as a story on November 12, 2023 and shall be eligible for a prize which shall consist of a tinkle comic book and a gift hamper comprising of Tata Soulfull’s range of products (‘Prize/s’).    

• The Contest Winners will also be contacted by the Organizer on the phone number shared by the Participant. The Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Organizers shall be entitled, for the purpose of the Contest, to process and retain such Personal data of the Participant(s) and the Personal data of the parent and/ or legal guardian of the minor Participant as may be registered by his/her parent/legal guardian or by the minor Participant himself/herself with the permission of their parent/legal guardian in the Contest or in the process of participating in the Contest.

• The Organizers will use such contact information, being the contact number and/or the email address of the parent/ legal guardian of the minor Participant that is shared by the Participant and/ or his/her parent or legal guardian during the process of participating in the Contest to identify the Contest Winner. Inability on the part of the Participant to accordingly show or provide the required identification proof could entitle the Organisers to disqualify the Participant from any winnings, if declared. 

• The Prizes are not transferable, neither can it be exchanged, nor can it be varied and no cash payment in lieu of the same will be made. In the event a winner does not claim their Prize within the time and manner stipulated by Tata Soulfull, the same will be forfeited, and the Participant shall not be entitled to claim for the same at any later stage.

• In the event that the Participant, being a minor Participant or otherwise, and/ or the parent/ legal guardian of the minor Participant publishes any information pertaining to the Contest and the winnings of the Contest (if applicable), the same shall be treated to have been undertaken by the Participant and/ or the parent/ legal guardian of the minor Participant, and the Organizers shall not be held liable for any breach of any applicable law for the same. To this effect, the Participant and/ or the parent/ legal guardian of the minor Participant hereby agree that the Organizer shall be permitted to repost and/ or reshare the same on its official social media platform(s). 

• The Organizers reserves its right to modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and without any prior notice. Additionally, the Organizers reserves its right to suspend, delay, shorten, modify, extend or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion and without any intimation. 

• The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any Participant from the Contest at its sole discretion, should the Participant at any stage furnish untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information. 

• The Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Organizers shall be entitled to, for the purposes of Contest, receive and process such information, including Personal data as may be submitted at the time of registration by his/her parent/legal guardian or the Participant himself/herself with the permission of their parent/legal guardian in the Contest or in the process of participating in the Contest. 

• The decision of Tata Soulfull and Tinkle Comics for conducting the contest and / or selection of the prizes and the winner shall be final and binding  

• Participants hereby indemnify Tata Soulfull and Tinkle Comics from any loss, claim or damage that may occur to or suffered by Tata Soulfull due to non-adherence to these terms and conditions of the contest or due to any act or omission on the part of Participants and/ or the parent/ legal guardian of the Participant.  

• The terms and conditions of the contest shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes related to the contest shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
